Regional Sales Executive - Large Market


Job Overview

Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the Company's annual revenue and booking quota for assigned territory. Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationships. Develops sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging third party relationships. Responsible for sales account management and customer satisfaction. Reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently negotiates and closes new business. 
  • Develops and maintains an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for assigned territory.
  • Develops strategies to generate cost effective sales leads. 
  • Properly forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory.
  • Consistently maintains a reasonable number of new weekly face-to-face prospect meetings.
  • Documents all sales contacts and activities in Concur's sales tools and systems.
  • Develops sales strategies that link prospect's business drivers to Concur's Employee Spend Management Solution.
  • Effectively demonstrates and presents Concur's solutions to qualified prospects.
  • Establishes feedback mechanisms from customers, prospects, and partners to the Marketing department.
  • Provides constant feedback to Sales management on the territory environment.
  • Accurately qualifies and prepares Pre-Sales Consultants and Services staff for customer demonstrations and presentations.
  • Shares input with other departments in preparing sales materials and technical publications.
  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Position Requirements

Education, Experience & Training required:
  • BA in a business or technical related area of study
  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling ERP or financial solutions
  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Sales experience with financial/accounting applications is a strong plus

Field Enablement Manager


Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced mandarin speaking field enablement manager to join our field enablement team, reporting to the Director of Field Enablement APAC. The field enablement manager will be responsible for facilitating and providing the China field teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to accelerate productivity and further improve our team's capability to position Concur's differentiated value to our customers. He / She will also be expected to drive, support, and execute global enablement efforts that are rolled out into the Greater China region from corporate.

The Field Enablement Team is highly innovative in our approach and we strive to enable and define new frontiers to help our field teams reach their full potential. Therefore this role requires an individual who is passionate about making others successful, has solid training delivery skills and classroom facilitation experience, able to work independently, and who comes with a proven track record of successfully executing enablement programs in China.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with the China leadership team to prioritize and execute on a quarterly sales enablement plan; as well as create and maintain a local training calendar.
  • Customize content and deliver training within the Greater China region.
  • Evaluate training curriculum effectiveness and propose adjustments or new curriculum additions as needed.
  • Drives the adoption of pre- and post- evaluations and metrics.
  • Coach Sales Managers and Directors to be the Agents of Enablement

Position Requirements

Education, Experience & Training required:
  • BA/BS degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Psychology or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 + years experience in training and enablement, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering advanced sales training programs in China.
  • Demonstrated results in implementing enablement programs including training needs analysis and the development, implementation and evaluation of training curricula, preferably in a cloud / software sales environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, including demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly to key audiences and stakeholders.
  • Excellent stand up training delivery and classroom facilitation skills in Mandarin.

  • Deep knowledge of current and emerging adult learning theory and how it is put into practice in corporate learning.

Implementation Project Manager


Job Overview

Manage remote implementation of Concur solutions within pre-defined timeframe while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationship to effectively communicate and work with client/internal teams/stakeholders
  • Manage Concur/partners/client to deliver project within scope and timeline using Concur methodology
  • Provide consultative expertise to guide clients through key decisions and tradeoffs to maintain project scope and timeline
  • Creatively design solutions for complex requirements
  • Write core product design documents following Concur's established methodology
  • Configure product according to business requirements gathered during the design phase
  • Anticipate, communicate, mitigate risks/escalations to deliver a great client experience, measured by Customer Effort Survey
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of ALL parts of the project: quality, timeliness and customer adoption
  • Effective status reporting, project budget management and timeline management
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Provide contributions to Concur's project methodology and document library
  • Meet or exceed deployment productivity and quality metrics
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Position Requirements

Education, Experience & Training required:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience or related field
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience implementing financial or hosted applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite or Workday
  • 2 or more full life-cycle financial system implementation experience
  • Implementation methodology experience/certification: PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile
  • Ability to persuade and influence to achieve desired outcome
  • Ability to pass a background check
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills: (in order of priorities):
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Degree in Accounting or Information Systems emphasis
  • Experience in client-facing/service roles
